Factory Verification

A very common issue that new, or existing importers face when trying to set up their supply chain; is that it is difficult to determine if they are actually dealing with a factory, or a reseller.

To buy off a reseller company is fraught with danger! Not only do they charge a huge margin between the actual factory and yourself; but it is extremely hard to maintain constant high quality or consistant specification - often, the Chinese reseller will change factories to increase their profits at the expense of quality and consistancy of product. There are many horror stories of importers receiving goods that are completely different to the "Sample" goods.

 

This can spell disaster to a new or existing importing business as not only will it cause significant financial loss, but also weeks and months of lost time to rectify the supply - this causes lost customers, reputation and cashflow.

China Direct staff will physically visit each shortlisted factory, meet the managers and sales team, inspect the factory floor, take many photos (not all factories are created equal - a clean, well organised factory, with a robust quality contol system is paramount), and report to you our findings, so that the best supply option is found.
